By making a booking with 360 Airport Transfer Ltd by our telephone line or online, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions.
"360 Airport Transfer " means 360 Airport Transfer Ltd is a Private Limited Company Registered In England & Wales (Company Number 09895270) who’s trading office is at 7-8 Davenant St, E1 5NB. "you" and "your" means any individual, company or other business that places the booking with us.
360 Airport Transfer Ltd reserve all the rights to alter & update the terms and conditions from time to time on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.
Our terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Making Booking and Journey Details:
While marking booking with 360 Airport Transfer you have to make sure that you have provided all the journey details are correct including passenger name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, pick up time, flight details and credit or debit card details. Also it will be your responsibility to contact us if there is any change required. Customer must contact minimum 12 hours before journey time for making any change to the journey details.
However there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case 360 Airport Transfer reserves the right to cancel that reservation and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.
360 Airport Transfer acts as a booking management agent for various transportation service providers and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and the service provider. When your submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider and only when the service provider accepts your reservation, a confirmation email is sent to you and the contract between you and the service provider is formed.
By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the service provider and not 360 Airport Transfer. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted. 360 Airport Transfer is liabilities resulting from this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider. Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and their insurance companies.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that 360 Airport Transfer will not be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.
Neither we nor the service provider, will be responsible for any losses you may suffer (including for example missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
360 Airport Transfer ensures that taxi will wait for you at your pick up time. However, we reserve all the rights to make the cancelation of the booking in case of less availability or other circumstance. However, we will inform you as soon as possible and will make full refund if we are unable to complete the journey.
You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. Payments will be processed by the transportation service provider or by 360 Airport Transfer on behalf of the service provider.
You can make changes to your reservation on-line up to 12 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email. All amendments are subject to availability.
You will not be charged for cancellations provided that you cancel at least 12 hours before the booked transfer pick-up time.

We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided, if for any reason the service cannot be provided and as a result your booking needs to be cancelled.
By making a booking online, via email or over the phone, you agree to a pay the full cost of the booked service in case of a cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period.
Waiting Times and No-Show Terms
At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. The free waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 15 minutes after the agreed time.
In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is the passenger(s) responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.
If the passenger(s) fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 15 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.
Flight Delay and Cancelation
Your flight will be monitored for delays by the local dispatch office and in the case that your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of the flight. If the arrival flight is delayed for more than three hours and/or if there is no information provided by the airline about the new arrival time of the flight, the service provider does not guarantee that there will be a driver and vehicle available at the actual arrival time of the flight. If there was no flight details provided by you our operators will follow the journey pickup time and not responsible in case of flight delay or if it comes any earlier.
You are required to provide correct information about number of luggage and book the correct type of vehicle to ensure that your luggage can be accommodated. You shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles
If you need any special service like child seat / baby seat you need to make the request during booking. However we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child / baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be perfect fit for your child.
360 Airport Transfer and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.
